Documentary Amanda DeWitt Client Amanda DeWitt Location Tampa, FL, USA Year 2022 Final Project Pitch What’s your video going to be about (what’s the plot)? ~ My video is going to be about the South Florida Women’s Volleyball Team. I will follow the game to one player and showcase them. What’s the theme (what’s the point)? ~ As part of the 2022 Roster, this young team has many talents that the University must see and express interest in others to enjoy and learn about the journey of a volleyball player. I want to hear her story and learn how she fell in love with the sport and landed the spot as a USF volleyball player. Whom will you interview (who’s the protagonist)? ~ I will Interview number 6, Amanda DeWitt, a sophomore from Jupiter, FL, who plays RS on the USF Women’s Volleyball Team. What b-roll will you shoot? ~ The b-roll will be of Ms. DeWitt playing at a volleyball match. Where will you shoot? ~ I will shoot at the Yuengling Center in USF Tampa When? ~ November 23rd @ 1 pm vs Houston What challenges do you anticipate? ~ The main challenge I will have is making I can be there before the match begins to capture footage of the girls. ~ Then there will also be an issue with too much audio since it can create a distraction for capturing her voice. ~ Additionally, would be to have full consent to follow her directly through and after the match for a proper two-minute sit-down conversation.
